Mazurek Group president, Maureen Mazurek, is no novice when it comes to the field of corporate social responsibility. Maureen holds a BS in Supply Chain & Manufacturing Management from Bowling Green University, Executive Chemistry from Duke University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Tulane University.
Maureen is known for developing successful business strategies with social purpose driving business growth and access to new markets. She is expert in branding, sustainability/corporate responsibility, responsible supply chains, sustainable agriculture & ag innovation, and operational excellence. She is recognized for leading successful teams, planning, developing, and activating successful business strategies, building well-respected collaborations, and being an authentic spokesperson who contributes to business growth and strengthening brand image. Maureen has extensive experience working in the development space on intractable issues such as food security, human rights, & women’s & girls empowerment.
In Maureen’s 20 years with Monsanto she has developed a broad operational background, including key leadership roles in Agriculture Procurement/Supply Chain, Commercial Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH), Human Resources, and a number of Manufacturing positions. She is currently the Senior Global Director of Social Innovation where she provides corporate strategic vision, objectives, and policies to help align Monsanto’s goals with the sustainable development goals set forth by the UN.
